On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open living area with lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, board games, game console), a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker), and a utility room with washing machine. There's also a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a fully enclosed backyard with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, and loungers). Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms with new bedding (1 queen, 1 double, and 2 bunk beds) and storage, a second bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. The entire house is at your disposal. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest's arrival. This service is not included in the reservation and will be available for an extra fee. Please make sure not to leave the house in disarray before departure (kitchen/dishes put away, beds stripped, trash taken out).
